Dutch Fellow, like all good designers seem to be (or anywhere in the Nordics).

His work deals primarily in typography, with repeated and layered type with varying colours the main theme, to create interesting and coherent patterns. He has worked for the Dutch Gov, producing postage stamp designs, as well as postcards.

He designed these phone cards for PTT Telecom, with the numbers zooming out as the value of the cards increases.
